AlphaBay Market – Around since December of 2014, AlphaBay has been the top dog for a while now. While they do have their fair share of troubles, such as the site being unreachable for a few hours every now and then, AlphaBay is a fairly reliable pick of the darknet markets. Silk Road 3.0 – Yes, you read correctly. Silk Road 3.0 has come back online, after a massive security overhaul, and is open for business.

Silk Road 3.0 has the second largest amount of listings and the second most drug listings. It is a credit to the team behind this darknet market as many thought they would not come back.

Dream Market – Dream Market is the oldest of the top four darknet markets – it’s been around since 2013. Currently, the site is gathering more users, in the fallout from Nucleus Market going offline. It has a solid reputation among users, who say that it is a fast site, with helpful admins. Of course, you need to stay on your toes, but that goes for all the darknet markets.

Crypto Market – Crypto Market sprung onto the scene in early 2015. The site itself is fairly crude compared to other darknet markets, so it might take a while for users to get properly acquainted with it. CryptoMarket is actually designed and operated by the same team that controls Silk Road 3.0, so they do know what they are doing.
