By digging deep into the world of Deep Web, one can find plenty of real stories that the deep web users have come across that are most shocking, disturbing, and creepy. Reddit has been and will be the grounds where these real stories came into a light to the Surface Web.
Eventually, one way or another any dark web user would have encountered such incidents during their visits. The worst and sickest part about some of these stories are so nasty; I will recommend my users not to wander off into unknown corners of Deep Web.
Some of the experiences I will be sharing here are first-hand encounters, and few have been shared by their friends or family.
Warning: Before we proceed further, ensure your safety and security because accessing into such deep web places can be pretty dangerous if you aren’t protected. From my personal experience and quite a lot of research, you must have Tor Browser installed on your device to access onion sites. But to protect oneself from data theft and identity protection you must combine Tor + VPN by choosing the Best VPN Services(NordVPN). After the setup is successful feel free to roam around.
11 Creepy, Real and Disturbing Deep Web Stories
Now users from Quora has joined along with Reddit community to answer their part on these stories. We have compiled some of the stories below collected from various online sources, communities as well as some from face-to-face experiences.
A Wrong Drug Deal
A Reddit user who shared the story that happened to one of his friends on July 2015. His friend is a regular deep web user, and he would buy loads of things like stolen apple products, drugs, etc. One fine day like usual he ordered drugs from deep web, not from his usual seller but a new one. He asked the seller to deliver the drugs “In a movie case or something that his mom wouldn’t notice.” One of his biggest mistake that he didn’t realize until what happened next.
The package arrived, but to his surprise inside it, there was a bit of paper that read, “Something has happened, if I were to send it to you it could be traced back to me, and we would both be caught. Meet me at the elementary school at 7:00, we will just do it in person.”
He went there by telling his mom he was staying at his friends (The Reddit User) home and his friend warned him to take a knife if the things went south. He reached the school and noticed a man in a jeep with the plates covered in duct tape. He got down to get the drugs and left in his car after paying him.
To his surprise, he could see the man’s car following him till he reached his neighborhood so to shake him off and leading him to his house which would be a bad idea he made some random turns and when he lost his tail, he pulled into the garage.
But the serious incident happened that night. He could hear the sound of a car engine. Two men were seated in the same car that followed him. The driver was the drug dealer. “This second one had messed up hair, a trashy shirt, and while it was hard to see, my friend could almost make out a scar, from a massive burn on the side of his neck o his face,” wrote the Reddit user.
He was watching them from the window, and the 2nd one often looked at the window he was standing, and he lost his cool. Now he didn’t care about the consequences and called the police after moving away from the window. The police asked him to grab a weapon to defend himself.
Finally, He could see a figure coming out of his mom’s room with a knife in his hand. With full force, he was charging towards him after shutting the door behind him. But he grabbed a pot and hit on his head. After turning on the light, he noticed its was the second guy from the car and stabbed him in the shoulder with the knife he dropped. Then in few mins, he could hear the police siren and both the men were arrested.
Reddit user says, “But my friend’s mom had been killed. Her throat had been slit, and she had 23 stab wounds, and duct tape covering her mouth.” He was charged with possession of drugs and lost his mom because of his actions. He would never ever buy drugs from deep web.

Scam the Scammer
Obviously a throwaway. This is from way back when SR1 (Silk Road) was still going strong. I was looking for a certain substance, but couldn’t find it in my part of the world for a decent price. Posted my request on the forum, and after a few days, someone messages me with an offer. For some reason, I accepted it and sent him around 200$. Of course, I got scammed.
I didn’t think much of it, but posted a warning to others about this guy, saying he scammed me out of 200$. A few days later I get a message in my inbox saying something like this:
“Hey, I am a vendor and this guy tried to scam me too. He just ordered an ounce of MDMA from me, and an ounce of sweet sugar crystals are on the way to his mailbox. Please send me your BTC address and I will send you the 200$ he scammed you out of.”
The next day I had my 200$ back and a deep respect for the dark web community.
TL;DR: Guys scams me out of 200$, someone else scams him of 700$ and refunds me my money.

Daisy Destruction is one such story that is so sick which consists of 3 videos in the series and unfortunately, it was proven to be all real.
The videos show a masked naked woman torturing and sexually abusing a toddler. It was first hosted for “public” consumption on dark web site Hurt2theCore, a child abuse site that specialized in not just child pornography, but torture and abuse. It was widely considered to be the very worst site on the dark web and its owner, Lux, the evilest person on the dark web.
He ran what he called a “Pedo Empire” which was very popular with pedophiles and others who enjoyed watching children get harmed.
Peter Gerard Scully is the person behind Daisy destruction. Along with two accomplices, he videoed and abused five-year-old, girl on the internet. The three biggest victims of whom were Liza (aged 12), Cindy (11), and Daisy (18 months). He made one of the most horrifying red rooms in the history of dark web.
He sold the videos to clients up to $10,000 which attracted more viewers to his website.
According to the Sydney Morning Herald, the footage was so horrific police called it ‘the worst we have encountered in our years campaigning against child pornography.’
Reports that the video feature ‘Daisy’ being killed are inaccurate – while human remains were discovered at one of Peter Scully’s homes, the girl from the film was rescued alive.

CreepyPasta: Who is Janice?
Here is a disturbing Creepypasta from deep web that involves some weird things and an unexplained mystery.
The Story starts with Mark Spielman who is a regular indoor person who you can’t see outside. Regularly sits in front of the computer and looks about anything from fucked up shit, Internet memes, YouTube fads, and even porn sites too and has knowledge of internet inside and out.
When he came to know the Local Police department was looking to hire a person who had quite in-depth knowledge of the internet he grabbed the opportunity and landed in the police.
At first, he started working on some basic stuff like finding websites that had CP and stupid users who leaked IP Address without using a proxy. Later second and third month was really challenging because of some clever hackers who leaked confidential info from the police databases to the public.
“But one day, the life I was working so hard to build came crashing down…”
Like any other day, he was looking at some Child pornography site and found disturbing to take a look at these often. Found a website with a URL called “Sweet15.com”.
One of the biggest CP site he has never seen and started digging into the website content. He browsed on random page and clicked on the image link called “Cathy.jpg”
“It was a picture of a young girl with long hair and pale skin, about 15 or 16, standing in a dimly lit room with a smile on her face. Not a full, toothy smile, but just a slight grin.” But after seeing the name of the image it was not “cathy.jpg” but it was “janice.jpg”
Now decided to click on “Susan.jpg” but ended in the same image even after clicking 15 to 20 files. Even a video “PennyPrecious.wav” ended in the same place. With help of his office colleagues, he researched it but all ended in the same place. Left the office after frustration and found something was missing and he didn’t really thoroughly check it.
Soon after he reached home started working on it and found on the very last page of the picture file logs was a lone picture file called “TrueJanice.jpg.”
He clicked on it then computer crashed and shut down with the BSOD. Later he turned it on after quite a time trying and found that all his programs were deleted and found 1000’s of images files copied with the most shocking thing is that the desktop image was “Janice.jpg”
In mixed feelings of fear and uncontrollable interest started clicking on one image at a time. He says “It was Janice.jpg, the black-and-white photo. Something about Janice’s facial expression was different, though.”
The First images were exactly the same but after some clicks, it had morphed into the frowning one that was on the desktop. Few rapid clicks revealed that she starts to confront into a scream.
Several 100 clicks the screen turned black and suddenly saw a bundle on the bed with a blanket on the top and he explained “The scene was in a dark room with a few candles burning to light it up. I noticed in horror that there were red splotches on the wall behind the bed, which was what I knew had to be blood.”
Few more pictures clicked a man walked into the frame with surgical instruments and cut open the girls stomach and started ripping out her guts, piece by piece and it was so bloody and vivid. Now he was on the 995 of 1000 pictures and started moving slowly from one pic to next pic.
In 998 he saw a grainy photo of a young girl staring at me.
Her eyes were blank, expressionless. I couldn’t see much, so I went on to picture 999. I could then see what the picture was. I was face-to-face with Janice. She was covered in blood and I knew she was dead already.
The Last Photo had a black background with a large question mark in the center and below with a simple question “Who is Janice?”.
The Official Statement gave by the police department, “Officers found this document on Detective Mark Spielmans’ hard drive. We found this document stored on his computer along with what appears to be a note. All that the note said was “WHO IS JANICE?!” After going over the files on his computer, we found several documents pertaining as to who Janice may have been.”
“From what we can gather, she has kidnapped from her family around 20 years ago. She was never found. Her parents vanished shortly after the kidnapping. Upon further investigation, officers found computer code embedded in her picture.”
“From what we could gather, it was a scrambled bit of code that, when deciphered, linked to a video file. However, upon viewing the file, the investigating officers deleted it and refused to divulge what they had seen. Mark Spielman was never found. The case has since been discontinued.”

A Trojan Friend
Reddit User named cheesy_breadstick writes,”Back when IRC was on its way out and P2P was in its infancy I tried to download the sims via a private FTP. The guy I downloaded from found a Trojan on my computer and walked me through how to remove it. I would take a bullet for that dude.”
The Wish Pill
A “Wish Pill” was being sold in one of the markets. “Basically you take the pill, make a wish and it’s supposed to make it come true.”
The cost of the Pill is around $100 and sad thing is that probably few people had actually bought it.

The Man In The Wall
A real Deep Web Story was written by the personafanboy which was the experience of a deep web user. When he was browsing the deep web on his laptop using Tor. By Clicking on one of the nameless “hidden wiki” link he came across a website that contained nothing but a Wall.
Before he was going to click ‘Close’ he saw a man wearing a mask emerging from the wall and greeted him, “Hey there”.
Thinking this was a prank video, I just kept watching. After a while of me just staring at the screen, he began to speak again.
“Aren’t you going to speak?” He asked.
I proceeded to type on the keyboard.
“Not the keyboard. Speak.” He said
At this point, I was a bit frightened.
“Who are you?” I asked.
“I’m your friend.” He proceeded to say.2
At this point, I’m scared. My face is full of terror. I begin to start showing my fright.
“Come on, friend. Don’t give me that scared face.” He said.
This is when I got extremely frightened.
“Just one second my friend. I will get your address so I can talk to you in real life.”
He proceeded to type on his computer.
Frantic, I tried to close the window down and get out of the video.
“That won’t work,” he said.
Before he had time to track my address, I got a screwdriver, removed the back and battery from my laptop. It’s been some time now, and he hasn’t come. He didn’t have enough time to get my address….
….. Or did he…..?
We See you
“I finally came upon a web server with a huge directory of HTML files and TIFF images, with a few smaller sub directories containing the same. nslookup returned no reverse records for the IP. A VisualRoute traced it as far as Colorado. The HTML files appeared to record a psychologist or similar mental health professional would keep. The images were of faxes, apparently of both military and medical nature.”
“As I browsed from a sub directory back to the parent, at the top of was a new HTML file named something like “1-.HELLO-THERE.html”. The time stamp was from right that minute. I opened it, and in plain text was the message “we see you”. No quotes, all lowercase. About 15 seconds later the server dropped.”
